1. what services do we offer?
We are a capital management company (KVG) within the meaning of the German Investment Code (KAGB) and manage closed-end special AIFs for professional and semi-professional investors.
Our services include in particular
- the management of the investment assets (portfolio and risk management),
- the selection, review and monitoring of the assets of the funds,
- investor support and the preparation of reports and information in accordance with the KAGB.
2. description of the management of special AIFs
2.1 General description
When managing a special AIF, we assume responsibility for the investment decisions within the fund. We make these decisions within the framework of the contractual and statutory investment conditions, without the investors deciding on individual transactions.
The funds are each monitored by a depositary that acts independently of us.
2.2 Fixed assets
The special AIFs invest in unlisted companies (private equity) in accordance with their investment strategy. CPS Telekom Infrastruktur GmbH & Co. KG - Mobilfunk- und Telekominfrastrukturnetzausbau focuses on the area of communication technology and Scentia Education GmbH & Co. KG - education and training focuses on the area of training.
2.3 Information for investors
Investors receive regular reports on the development of the fund, the composition of the portfolio, the performance and the costs incurred. This information is provided in an accessible form in accordance with legal requirements.

Legal regulations require us to make information about our services accessible in barrier-free form. We fulfill these requirements as follows:

We make sure that:
- the language level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is not exceeded,
- the content is accessible in both printed and digital form,

Our website fulfills the general requirements for accessible web content (according to WCAG 2.1, level AA):

All documents can be read aloud or explained on request.
